Using 70% Isopropyl Alcohol Wipes to Clean iPhone

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max which I thoroughly clean on a regular basis using 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes. I also wipe over the front and rear cameras during this process, but is it harmful to the lenses? As a hobbyist photographer, I'm worried that constantly cleaning using the alcohol wipes will damage the front and rear lenses and affect the quality of my photos due to the coating being damaged. Any help would be appreciated.
