I was trying to troubleshoot my MacBook not connecting to my home WiFi and what I read said to try logging into guest user and see if it allows me to connect from there. I switched to guest user and this screen came up. Won’t let me restart in recover mode or safe mode. No idea how to get back to my main admin user !!! HELP!!!!!

I have tried to do a hard reset and reset in recovery mode to no avail. Apple also won’t accept my reciept from QVC as they claim the date i purchased the item is not the same date they show as originally sold. Tried reaching out to QVC but they say that their vendor does not provide a receipt. GeekSquad said they would need to send out and would cost $300-$3K. But there has to be someway around this.
Try control apple reset I think. I'm more of a windows person but I think that will work
And I would have to specify now that I found it is stuck on a firmware password lock. When i tried to switch to the guest user. I have tried every password I have ever used
