Intel MacBook Pro 2018 can not restore from time capsule. ( can not connect to time capsule)

I am using MacBook Pro 2018 (macOS Ventura installed) and It is time to change new machine(but it still be intel MacBook Pro...), so I create backup on time machine.

And I reboot and enter disk utility mode (cmd + R) and select restore from time capsule.

Mac still remember my WI-FI connection info, I can see my Time Machine name on list.

But when I select time capsule and click next, an error popup displayed that say that Can't connect to Time Capsule and it asks me to check the IP and etc. None of those are configured incorrectly.

So, I tried to connect with IP address and login popup appeared. I entered my time capsule ID/pass and nothing happened. When I entered wrong ID/pass, access fail error appeared. So I am sure I enter valid ID/pass but I can not see backup data on time capsule.

I reboot and login to macOS, I can mount time capsule and can see backup data.

Restoring from time capsule option is not available on Intel MacBook now?

Or is there any way to restore from time capsule on Intel MacBook Pro?

P.S I tried same test on another machine ( M1 MacBook Air Sonoma 14.4), I can access to time capsule and can see backup data.

Thank you for your response.

But I realize that Ventura not support restore from timecapsue at diskutility mode( cmd + r on startup ), but it is supported on setup wizard restore step on first time boot up os after reset / reinstall.

My problem was solved.

Since you've already verified that your Wi-Fi connection information is correct and you can see the Time Capsule listed, the next step would be to troubleshoot the connection between your MacBook and the Time Capsule.

One thing you can try is to reset the network settings on your MacBook Pro. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues. To do this, go to System Preferences > Network, select Wi-Fi on the left sidebar, and then click on the "Advanced" button. From there, you'll find an option to "Renew DHCP Lease" and another to "Remove Wi-Fi Preferences." Try both of these options and then attempt to connect to the Time Capsule again.

If that doesn't work, you may want to try restarting both your MacBook Pro and the Time Capsule. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Additionally, ensure that your MacBook Pro and the Time Capsule are both updated to the latest software versions. Compatibility issues can sometimes arise if one device is running outdated software.

If you're still unable to connect to the Time Capsule after trying these steps, it may be worth reaching out to Official Apple Support for further assistance.
