settings app isnt working for me

Basically yesterday i was playing a game on my phone with my friends and then I got a random pop up that told me to verify my iCloud password and I was like whatever ill do it cus it always asks me this, so I put my password and did Face ID or something and then after that, every app I used that requires access to camera, microphone or photos would always ask me to allow access and so id go to settings and try to allow access but the buttons wernt even there and I thought it was just a lil glitch and I went to sleep and hoped that in the morning the lil buttons would be there but they WERNT and I tried exiting the app, turning off my phone and all of dat but nothing rlly helped so now if I try to record a video on TikTok or Instagram or Snapchat or whatever it WONT LET ME CUS IT REQUIRES ACCESS TO THE CAMERAS WHICH I CANT GIVE ACCESS TO CUS IT WONT LET ME!!!!
