Main Stage faders with Stream Deck

I've figured out how to use my StreamDeck+ to BUMP a channel fader to an absolute value, but I can't figure out how to use a StreamDeck+ fader on a button nor on a dial. Has anyone made this work?

I've tried both the Kelly and Spel midi plugins.

Parallels, macOS 10.14

I want to be able to stop, pause, and start it as well as rewind it. How can I assign MIDI controls to these functions? I imagine these would be Real Time or CC messages. Remix FX in channel strip never saves I create some channel containing remix fx and map the parameters to a midi controller. Then when I save and reopen the remix fx plugin has removed from the channel strip and I have to re map the parameters again. What is that all about ?

How to stretch one bar of audio (across multiple tracks) in Logic Pro X Hi fam. I'm working on an acoustic guitar + vocal performance which speeds up and slows down. I'm just trying to smooth out the most extreme tempo variations... How do i take a single bar in the middle of the song, and stretch the audio (across multiple tracks) to eliminate the temporary tempo jump? Thanks for any advice!

It was a Midi port configuration problem. I solved it by following the instructions at the link below. Why the bump worked and the fader did not is beyond me ... but now all is well.
