Unrecognised transactions by CamScanner

Hello! I’ve started a free trial of camscanner on 09th march, 2024. It was a 3-day trial and the amount had to be deducted on 12th march. I cancelled the free trial on 10th march but still i was charged of 7816 and 781 PKR respectively. I didn’t intend to make the purchase, it was done maybe intentionally by the camscanner. And the problem is that no email etc were received from Apple regarding the subscription. It doesn’t even show the subscription active in the app store however the purchase has already been made. Can anyone help me guide how to request for e refund because the app store isn’t showing the transaction being done. Thanks
