White grid as an app icon
For some reason, one day my Minecraft icon changed into a white grid and I’m not able to open it. I don’t want to delete the app because of the worlds I have on there.

Try offloading the App from iPad settings. Offloading will remove the App from your iPad - but will preserve all associated App data and settings.
Settings > General > iPad Storage
Scroll down the list of installed Apps to locate the App that you wish to Offload. Tap the App icon, then tap Offload App.
After removing the App from your iPad, the App can be reinstalled from the Apple App Store.
I tried this, but when I click offload, nothing happens. I can’t offload it. I tried to open through app store, but that didn’t work. I read through people with the same issue and they say it stays the same after deleting the app fully. Is this true?
