Pro Apps Bundle Issues

I purchased the Pro Apps Bundle when i got a new laptop, unfortunately it was faulty and they had to refund me.

The apple store employees told me i’d still be able to to access the apps since they would not be taking that part to refund.

I can’t access the apps and it wants me to repurchase them, what do i do now?

It's possible you hadn't didn't go through the acceptance process.


Accept preinstalled Pro Apps on your new Mac - Apple Support


Did you do this? If you did it should be there in purchased. You'll need to contact Apple in either case, because it should be listed.
