I am unable to turn the WiFi for my iPhone on

When I swipe down to go to my control center and turn my Wi-Fi on and swipe out and go back to it, it turns back off, and when I try to go to my settings to turn it on, it won’t even give me the option to turn it on what do I do?

So, you are saying that the setting to turn on Wi-Fi......Settings > Wi-Fi..... is "grayed" out?

If yes, tap Settings > Bluetooth to see if the setting for Bluetooth is also grayed out.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work in tandem using the same chip / circuit, so if both are grayed out, the phone will need service at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.
