I have an iPhone 15 and a 2018 MBP (13 inch i5) and whenever I try to call somebody from my computer, the call always fails and tells me that my phone and mac must be connected to the same WiFi network, when they already are. I can FaceTime somebody just fine but using my phone service to call people on the computer is the issue I’m having.

You can try the following on your iPhone. Open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Wi-Calling ➡️ Wi-Fi Calling on this Phone: Ensure that this is set to ON ➡️ Add Wi-Fi Calling for other devices: Ensure that this is set to ON (If this switch is already set to ON then toggle it OFF and then back to ON).
Second thing to try is to open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Calls on other deices ➡️ Allow calls on othe devices: Set this switch to ON ➡️ Allow Calls on: Ensure that your Mac is listed and the switch is set to ON.
