Been subscribing two weeks, subscription shows as active. It worked briefly but ever since it doesn't show me as logged in. So I enter username and password, and get spinning circle. Uninstalled, and tried again, and now endless spinning circle even before I get to enter username and password. Other apps working fine. Roku Express is less than 1 year old. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks so much...that worked. It gave me barcode on tv, so I scanned with phone and it logged me in so I didn't even have to enter username password. I do remember having to do this initially, weeks ago, but at least if it happens again I know solution.
