iWatch 7 speaker extremely distorted for the 3rd time

I bought my original Apple Watch Series 7 November 2022 and replaced in July 2023 with bad speaker. I never use it to talk as a phone call and ask Siri questions when out walking since I have cellular model. New (or refurbished) and then again November 2023 one week before the original 1 year warranty expired the speaker failed again. Both replacements were done instore with completly unpairing and resetting to see if it was software. Now here we are again March 2024 and speaker is gone again. This watch is only 3.5 months old and this is rediculous for failing. The watch is spotless with zero damage, never swim with it and only occasionally ask Siri question like the temperature. I did go back into Apple store even though the watch was out of the original warranty to at minimum document the speaker out again. The tech confirmed the speaker clearly was distorted and documented the case for me. The only option I was given is the watch could be sent out for repair and if it was a Apple problem it "could be covered", if not I had to agree to a $350 charge to get it replaced right there. I am not willing to gamble $350 especially since I have zero confidance if I had to pay that the new (or refurbished) watch would not fail again. I already bought the watch once, I did not want to take the risk of paying twice and 3 months from now the speaker fails again. I feel this is an Apple problem with so many forums talking the same issue on the Series 7 and 8.

Apple should make the warranty 1 year from the replacements for watches since this is a recurring watch failure that is well documented.

What actually is causing this speaker to fail!!!

Love my watch but very disgruntled with quality of speaker (when needed)
