Unable to send or receive email on iPhone from Spectrum email account

I have deleted the email account and re put it in. I have turn off phone and I have changed the server to what spectrum says to use. Still nothing.

If you “have tried everything”, then there is nothing more that can be suggested.


Your footer implies you haven’t tried everything though, given that the footer shows iOS 13 on an iPhone 7.


Two things you might not have tried, if this is an iPhone 7 still running iOS 13:


1: Update from iOS 13 to iOS 15, which is the most recent version available for iPhone 7.



2: Then (if things don’t start working) try removing the email account, and re-adding it (again).
