Apple Mail doesn't open any browser tab in M1 Air Base variant (Tried on Ventura and Sonoma both)

I bought my M1 Air base variant 2 days ago. Initially, it had Ventura, I upgraded to Sonoma instantly.

Initially, the Mail app was functioning well, but I had another problem (I will talk about that in a different question). Therefore, I reset the OS by erasing the drive. After that, whenever I try to add any Google account via the Mail app or from Internet Account, it doesn't open any browser tab. It shows Authentication Failed. Failed to authenticate with Google, please try again later. But I tried to do that in Yahoo mail also. I get the same error.

I tried changing the default browser to Safari and Chrome again and again. Nothing works. I changed the default opening tab to no not-private in Safari also.

Finding no other way, I reset Sonoma 2 times. Downgraded to Ventura using a bootable drive by downloading the latest OS from the App Store.

Nothing resolved the issue.
