How to delete IMAP email account from iPhone?

I can't delete an IMAP email account from my iPhone. I got to Settings > Mail > Account, and select the email but I don't get the option to delete. I can only switch off the mail. It says ‘These settings are installed by the profile “[email account name] Secure Email Setup”

The old solution I found was going to Settings > General > Profiles but this doesn’t work because Apple took away ‘Profiles’ apparently. It doesn’t exist on my phone.
