Apple Watch heart rate not showing on peloton

Same here, Ultra Watch and everything on 17.4. Peloton bike also with the latest updates. Since the iOS update no heartbeat shown on the bike, watch is connected successfully.

Installing the update fixed mine.

I am working just logged in and had an update went onto a 10 min class and its working 👍

Mine works again after the newest update this morning!! 🤞🏻

It happened to me too. Wednesday wouldn’t connect, worked fine yesterday and then did it again today. HR was showing connected on my phone watch but just a dash line showing on peloton! It’s really frustrating

I have the Same Problem… i restartet my bike the Watch and the Phone multiple times and nothing Worked… so frustrating… peloton support said to me i need to check on a new update… i Hope it comes fast :(((

For the technology behind Apple Watch and Peloton, it is egregious that they cannot fix this and I suppose Apple will wonder why people go to a different watch system altogether athletes or tracking their progress is just ridiculous

Same. Glad it’s not a problem with my bike.

Unfortunately I’ve always been of the mindset that if you don’t have all your workout stats saved, it doesn’t count as a real workout! 😃

I tried that. Didn’t work. Bummer

No i have just been on today after speaking to pelaton yesterday followed all steps and still not working

still not working for me but noticed it does work when doing an entertainment ride instead of a class and also works on ipad. Makes no sense. I did a ton of steps and still nothing

Hi used my Peleton bike this morning. Says Apple Watch is connected. Heart rate is showing on watch but not on bike. Updated iPhone and watch a couple of days ago as suggested but still not working

Its so infuriating as very inaccurate now happened days ago but dont seem to have a fix

Good News from me, checked on the latest update today and tadaaaa it is working!! Like nothing was in trouble!!!
