I want to rearrange the order of the songs in a album on itunes, how do I do that?

when I copy a cd into iMusic (1.4.3) the order is different from the order on the album. Instead the songs are in alphabetical order. I cannot click on the top of the column for track numbers to rearrange in track # order! How do I fix that?
