I have an iPhone 6s in which I’ve been locked out for a while now. I forgot the passcode. So I am unable to get in to it. There’s stuff on there that I want to get. How much will Apple charge me for solving this issue?

They won’t. solve your issue. You do it yourself. The only way is to put the phone into recovery mode , erase it using a computer and restoring from your iPhone 6 backup (assuming you have a backup).

Unfortunately, as a result of not remembering your passcode, the "stuff" on your phone will be erased, so hopefully you have a current backup of your phone.
