iTunes Playlists to Apple Music without iCloud

I have a new computer that has the Apple Music instead of iTunes. I want to move my millions of songs to this new computer and keep my playlists together. I have not found a way to do this with out the iCloud. I have no desire to use the iCloud for anything, ever. I simply want to be able to use my new computer with all of the music I have accumulated over the course of my life in the playlists I already have.
