Almost 100 of the songs that I purchased via itunes have disappeared just recently. Apple has offered me a $5.00 credit! Has anyone else lost music that they purchased and have had access to until recently?
I have spoken to an Apple advisor. He insists that I purchased the music elsewhere. Not the case. Also, many of the missing songs were available on my devices, in playlists, in recent weeks. They won't tell me how to escalate my case further. I thought perhaps others had experienced the same thing and that they might pay attention to more users.
