Prolong iPhone 15 Pro charging

I would like to know if charging my iPhone 15 Pro and using it at the same time for long hours can cause any negative effects on my iPhone battery health? I have set my battery optimization to 80% limit

It is fine using your phone while charging, even for long periods of time.
