You aren't speaking with Apple here and posting your device serial number on a public forum is not wise. I have asked the forum hosts to remove it for your protection.
Go to Settings > General > About and post back the Model Number
What is the Model Number of your phone?
Settings > General > About > Model Number
Where did you buy it?
If you bought it from an authorized retailer or directly from Apple, it's new.
If you bought it somewhere else, then it doesn't matter at all as the warranty on that device is expired anyway.
