Adding MP3’s in Files app into Music App Library on iPad without a Mac or PC
I have purchased some music and downloaded it into Files on my iPad. How do I get it into my Music app? I only have an iPad and an iPhone.

Apple does not allow you to manually import media to the iPad's Music Library using the native Files App. You similarly cannot export media from the Music Library using the Files App.
Unless music is downloaded to the iPad directly from Apple Music, media can only be transferred to the iPad using a Windows PC or Mac Computer. This mechanism allows Apple to apply effective DRM measures for copyright protected material.
