Apple pay transfer to bank not working

Someone paid me yesterday using Apple Pay. It is now in my Wallet. I have my bank info in place.


Transfer to Bank > Enter amount > Next > Choose bank > Next > NOTHING.


A little pop-up window shows up for a moment, but it never moves past this window. Every attempt to transfer to my bank fails. Have tried signing out and back in, turning phone off and back on.


Aarrgh!!


Any suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi Jeff, I called the number you suggested, they were flummoxed as I was, but very helpful! Here's what finally did it, after numerous tries:


— Reset Network Settings


— Settings > make sure Region and Time set correctly (yes)


— Face and passcode must be ON for Apple Wallet to work

(it was OFF, maybe that was one of the variables I had tried while troubleshooting this issue?)
