How to delete old eSIM after adding a new one on iPhone

I changed phone carriers and my phone has 2 eSIMs now instead of one and my phone number is not allowing me to connect to iMessage or FaceTime

Being told to remove a SIM to keep iMessage and FaceTime, but I have an eSIM! Periodically a message appears saying I will lose the use of my phone number for iMessage and FaceTime and to prevent this I should remove and reinsert the SIM card. I don't have a physical SIM card; I only use an eSIM. So how do I get rid of this message?

Deleted eSIM and now my phone isnt working I had an eSIM on my phone for a 10 day trip and deleted it yesterday. It’s still technically active but I no longer needed it so I deleted it. However, now my imessages are only sending and receiving from my Apple ID, and I cannot send text messages. I’m connected to my carrier but even if I look under ‘phone’ or ‘messages’ in settings, it doesn’t list my phone number. I’ve done a full factory reset of my phone, contacted my carrier and they haven’t said anything looks wrong, HELP.

How do I remove an active eSIM after switching carriers on iPhone? I’m afraid to delete my eSIM now that I’ve switched carriers and have a physical Sim now, because for some reason it won’t let me text other Apple users unless the eSIM is switched on. Help? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Go to your Settings -> Cellular [Mobil] -> eSIMs

Select the now unused eSIM and click “Delete eSIM”
