MacBook Air (M1) CPU is at 200 degrees F when I open Final Cut Pro and is also in red numbers sometimes when doing normal tasks.

I'm worried that the CPU might be damaging my computing or might have already but I'm not sure of anything. I have no idea how high the CPU usually is when I use FCP because I've never checked it before. I saw the CPU today and it is 200 degrees on average as soon as I open FCP.

Sometimes the CPU is at 160 or above when nothing is open or when something like CleanMyMac X is running something. Please ask me anything you need to because I know I am not a very clear writer.

The Load to Temperature ratio makes no sense (this is when the CPU was spiking). I have cleared a lot of memory and storage out since this screen shot and the spikes have stopped. I still cannot access FCP without the CPU numbers going red though.

please ask for any additional information and advise me on what I need to do
