I am unable to install Books app on my iPhone

i can download or update any app except this one and i really need it. can someone help? 🥺

Apple Books showing only Library and Search I bought an Iphone 11 in August last year and ever since the Apple Books app has showed me only library and search options. Lately I get to see from time to time other options, such as book store, reading now, etc. I didn’t even know that’s how to the app is actually supposed to look like. What should I do to get all the app options to work all the time? Right now I’m having only library and search options available again.

How do I get the iPhone books app fixed or back to how it was before the update? I hate the new Apple Books update on the iPhone. I contacted Apple support and got nowhere with them. They are not the ones who designed and launched the update. No more can you get definitions of words, can words be highlighted, can you read the page numbers on the bottom of the page, and the “menu” option is a waste. Why did Apple change something and make what was just fine now terrible? I’m about ready to buy a kindle and buy all my ebooks, and I buy plenty, from Amazon. Is there anyway to get Apple to fix this quickly or at least put it back the way it was?

Force-restart your iPhone, and try the download again: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Hold the third button press until the Apple logo appears, continuing to hold that press past any sliders that might appear.

If you’ve run out of storage at some point and have then gotten a corruption, or if you see the icon shown below associated with any app, you might need to back up, factory reset, and reload to clear that.
