has anyone else had this issue were your swipe up to unlock isn’t showing when you phone is locked

What are you using for Lock Screen Wallpaper? If you are using a wallpaper other than an Apple paper, you won't see that message.

Wanted to come back and say I was incorrect. The message Swipe up to Unlock does appear on my iPhone, even if I use my own wallpaper. It doesn't last long, but it does appear soon after I wake my screen to the lock screen.
I'm not sure what you mean by issue? If the phone is locked, it has to be unlocked, then you can swipe up to get to your home page.
