Haptic Feedback on built-in trackpad not working MBP M3 Max

Hi I just bought MacBook Pro M3 Max last week and something weird is going on with the haptic feedback of my touchpad. I doesn't work most of the time, but when I turn my Mac of for some time, it works again for a minute or 2 and then it stops working again.

I already played with the settings, tried booting up in safe mode... Doesn't change anything.

Anyone has the same issue or has a solution for this issue?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0
