Unable to connect iPod to my Windows PC with "Can't recognise USB device descriptor failed" error.

When i try to connect it to my pc using a cable my pc shows an error ''Can't recognize usb device descriptor failed''

iPod 4th Gen Mono showing Windows 10 PC as Unknow USB Device When I plug my iPod into my Computer it doesn't show up in iTunes or File Explore and when I check device manager the iPod is showing up as a Unknow USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). iPod Classic will not connect after latest Mac OS update (12.4) The latest update seems to be preventing iPod Classics from connecting to Music. I've reformatted the drive, swapped out the cable, and tried different USB ports, but none of the will connect on my recently updated computer. However, it WILL connect on my old PC and on my wife's Mac, which hasn't been updated yet. I think you broke something in the latest update. When can a solution be implemented, because this is not acceptable. Thanks, Dean
