What to do if my Apple ID has been hacked?

Apple ID

Good afternoon dear friends, the situation is this, a girl I don't know asked me to go to her Apple ID and download the files that she left in the folder, she can't do it because the phone is under repair, I didn't think it was something sneaky, I went to her Apple ID and they called me and they said that now I can do nothing but transfer the necessary amount to the attackers and I will not be given access to log out with her Apple ID, all correspondence has been saved with her old password and how does she ask me to do this, what should I do? The screen now says that the Iphone is missing, I do not know what to do, I'm panicking.

P.S. I'm writing with my Apple ID

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Do this online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof. Prior to this service being offered officially and moved online, Apple typically required the original receipt issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.
