On iPhone 13 iOS 17.4 how do I get to Stolen Device Protection
The instructions I've seen do not work.
They say go to Settings > tap Face ID & Passcode, and toggle on Stolen Device Protection.
That is not what I see.

That is where it should be. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode, enter the passcode, scroll down to immediately below "Attention Aware Features" and immediately above "Turn Passcode Off."
There are some requirements that may or may not (I haven't tried it) affect whether that option is displayed. See the following from About Stolen Device Protection for iPhone - Apple Support
To turn on Stolen Device Protection, you must use two-factor authentication for your Apple ID and set up or enable the following on your iPhone: a device passcode; Face ID or Touch ID; and Significant Locations* (Location Services).
You also need to have Find My turned on, and you can't turn it off while Stolen Device Protection is enabled.
