Iphone 13 stuck at configurating screen

Dear All, i got an iphone which is just upgrade to Ios 17.4. Once the software update complete screen is prompted, when i click continue it will show the configurating iphone screen, and there is a error message shown "The profile could not be found". This is a business use iphone which belong to the company and we have access to the business profile to unlock the MDM profile on which suggested by the genius bar expert.

The solution i took was i access to a computer and connect to the iphone to it, put the iphone to recovery mode (pressing volume up and power button) and itunes will start to download some of the file. Once the process had completed, the iphone is rebooted and still it will go back to the configurating screen. Could anyone help me on this matter?
