In-app purchase | Money got deducted from UPI app for one year subscription, Auto debit mandate done but haven't received any receipt. How should I raise refund ?

I tried the yearly plan for notability app. When apple redirected me for auto payment mandate the money got deducted and the notability is still running on free plan and I still haven't got any receipt on my email nor it' showing in my subscriptions page in apple. How should I raise refund for this ?
