I just purchased a new phone and do not have all the options when creating a new wallpaper. Specifically, the option to create a photo gallery. All I'm shown is "Live Photo," "Emoji," & "Weather."
Any suggestions on how to turn everything back on?

Can't see all the choices when you change your wallpaper? like Photos, People, Photo Shuffle, Weather & Astronomy then...
Photos, People, Photo Shuffle: If you just transferred your photos to the new phone, it might still be indexing them. Photo Shuffle relies on the Photos app to recognize your pictures. Give your phone some time, especially if you have a large library.
Scroll Down and add Weather & Astronomy, Kaleidoscope, Emoji, Unity, Pride, Collections, or Color then they will automatically appear on the top line alaong with Live Photo, Emoji and Weather.
