Lost iPhone not connected to my Apple ID anymore but still showing on find my

I changed my apple ID password after I lost my phone but after i changed my password all my connected devices are not showing up on my apple ID anymore, not the most ideal as I still want to track my iPhone. The lost phone is still showing up in the find my app but as it got removed from being associated with my apple ID i'm just wondering if the lost iPhone will still be able to be tracked and erased. It still does say erase pending but just paranoid as it is not listed as a connected device anymore in my apple ID and location has not pinged in 24 hrs.
