Can't open iPhone Apple ID- iCloud. Locked my self out. what to do?

Help please?

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes > [Allow]

Unable to access certain areas in settings for the first time my phone locked me out for one minute and after that I couldn’t access certain things. Once I opened my phone I could not access the Apple ID, iCloud section in settings. This has never happened before and need assistance in figuring out how to resolve this issue.
