When is make a call from my work phone it appears in both my personal and work phone logs. Both phones are under same Apple ID. I have checked previous reports of this and made sure Calls on other devices is turned off on both phones. I am still receiving in both logs calls that is made from one phone or the other.

That's correct. Until you stop using the same Apple ID on both phones, call logs and voicemail will be merged on both phones. This is by design and there's no way you can stop it until you separate the phones from using the same Apple ID.

Thanks, in a way I understand except I am the only using my work phone as well as my personal phone. I just may create an Apple ID for my work phone.
