Vibrating icon

I made an attempt to move an Icon on my iPhone 11 and it did move. However, the Icon is on 2 screens now and the old Icon is still vibrating. How do I remove this old Icon and/or stop it from vibrating. Note: Yes, the minus sign is present on the old Icon. When I touch the minus sign, it only ask to remove the app, remove from Home Screen or delete. All 3 delete the app. Please help.

To exit jiggle mode, tap Done in the upper right corner of the screen.

Or tap the side button to sleep, which will also cancel jiggle mode.

If you have multiple copies of the app and don’t want that, then either remove (delete) one from the home screen, or delete the app entirely to remove the app and its local data.
