Can't find Calls on Other Device option under Phone settings in my iPhone 13
I have signed in with same apple ID in my mac and iPhone and enabled wifi calling, still I couldn't find the option.

Each device has Wi-Fi turned on. Each device is connected to the same network using Wi-Fi or Ethernet. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices, then turn on Allow Calls on Other Devices. On your iPad, go to Settings > FaceTime > Calls from iPhone, then turn on Calls from iPhone.

Enabling WiFi calling is not a requirement for enabling calls on other devices. In other words, activating WiFi calling is not a prerequisite for facilitating calls on alternative devices. This means that you can still make calls on other devices even if WiFi calling is not activated.

My problem is, I'm not even seeing the option as "Calls on other Devices" in settings to turn on. Attaching the screenshot.
