MacBook Air invoice has not been issued even after purchase

So bought a MacBook Air from the online apple Store on 17th and picked it up on 18th from

a store in sydney.

I need an invoice to be able to claim gst and be reimbursed.

this was not supplied on the day nor 24h later as promised!

i spoke to shop assistant then three yes 3 phone support… still nothing

4 days after transactions still no legal tax invoice!

I have now spent about 4hours chasing my tax invoice

oh I got a lot of upsell emails, and promises but no invoice!

(and yes I checked my spam

folder.)

it is illegal to not supply a tax invoice after purchase

im sooo annoyed

Did you try to log into your online Order Status to view or print your invoice by

clicking the View Orders button?

yes I did

it has not been generated despite 3 calls to the call center and escalation.

a tax invoice is such a simple thing. But now wasted hours and I cannot claim tax or get reimbursed.

for the first time ever with Apple, I am , bamboozled at their inefficiency, especially for such a simple matter… an invoice!

You should contact the Apple Online Store again about that.

I did order an Apple Watch online and Apple sent the invoice via email one day after the Apple Watch has been delivered.
