Problems with the microphone due to bluetooth headphones

When I connect JBL headphones to the iPhone, there are problems with the microphone and recording of voice messages in different instant messengers such as Telegram, Instagram and on the voice recorder of the device itself. The sound is deteriorating a lot, you can hear interference, it feels like the iPhone doesn’t want to work adequately with the microphone of these headphones. I tried to find in the settings the ability to switch the microphone from the headphones to the phone microphone, but there is no such function. Is there any solution to this problem or does the iPhone have poor compatibility with JBL headphones? And then, what headphones should you take besides AirPods?
