Today, without warning my Macbook Pro (2021) suddenly got down and immediately started again.
I found a similar post here but I cannot understand the details in the panic report in my case, so I hope someone can help to find the reason for the panic, please?

This is the only part I can see from the Kernel Panic log:
A kext releasing a(n) IOBluetoothL2CAPChannel has corrupted the registry.
And the last started driver was for "smb" which is used for accessing files on a network share.
Are you using any anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, or third party security software? These types of apps are the usual culprits when a system is experiencing Kernel Panics. If so, then uninstall them by following the developer's instructions since these types of apps are not needed on a Mac and they will usually cause more problems than they solve.
If not, then run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can examine it for clues.
Edit: It is also possible this is a hardware issue.

Normally there’s no point in trying to interpret a diagnostic file. For background, a "kernel panic” is the Unix equivalent of a Windows Blue Screen of Death, and means an error occurred that the operating system could not recover from, so it restarted to preserve as much diagnostic information as possible. Did you see a dialog to report the problem? If so, did you authorize it?
This particular one, "panicString" : "panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe0016e873e8): A kext releasing a(n) IOBluetoothL2CAPChannel has corrupted the registry.
is sort of self explanatory; there was a problem in the Bluetooth subsystem that damaged MacOS. But you would need the entire diagnostic log as well as the MacOS core dump to get any more information than that, and you would also need the MacOS Data Dictionary to interpret the gigabytes of information in the sysdiagnose file.

Here is an idea. Contact Apple Support, and they can guide you on how to send them diagnostic data that they can use to analyze what happened. Click Support at the top or bottom of this page.
It's unlikely that very many people here could "translate" that for you. And, frankly, if it only happened once, it's probably not worth the effort. Computers do that sometimes. If it keeps happening or you start seeing other issues, then you may want to consider running an etrecheck report and posting that here. And/or having Apple run diagnostics.
