App won’t work because it thinks I’m a bot and even the website just comes up blank whenever I’m connected to wifi

Have you verified that you're human? Generally, there is a captcha. You need to select items from a group of pictures or type letters and numbers that are shown in weird fonts.
Hibbit is not an Apple app. You need to contact the support folks / developer at the app.

The developer of the app is who you would need to contact and provide feedback. Apparently they require you to do a verification step before proceeding. This is not done by your iPhone software.
