The games name from where it comes from is “world of tanks blitz” it does not tell me the name or anything the only thing it says is that it came from march 9th, which is not true I did not have any payments on the 9th relating to the App Store
That game also allows purchases to be made directly from their website which would bypass Apple's in-app payment processing and will not show in the App Store or give you the option to cancel since it was not made using an in-app purchase.
This could happen in either of these situations:
- Your credit card has been compromised. This could have been compromised by a skimmer at a retail location if you also have a physical card. The charge will still show in your Wallet just like any other charge made with the card. You would need to dispute the charge with the bank of the credit card.
- Apple ID Password has been compromised. This could happen through a phishing email/message from someone claiming to be from Apple that just wants to get your password.
- Apple ID shared with someone else. If they make a purchase, it will be applied to your billing method.
If you are unable to find the charge with the Subscription and Billing link provided earlier then you can contact Apple directly or contact the bank of the Credit Card that processed the unauthorized charge.
