Messenger Status is Offline - iPhone 15 Pro Max

I am also facing the same issue with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I did all of the steps mentioned above. But it did not fix my issue either. I changed my Facebook password, logged out of all of the devices, and again logged in with a new password.

I reported to Facebook as well. I have the latest Facebook app and the latest Messenger. I tried looking for a solution on the Facebook community page, but I could not find an online solution.

Here is a catch,

When I logged in using Windows 11 Desktop Chrome browser to Facebook, and I turned on active status there, I saw it turned on active status in iPhone15 messenger as well, but When I turned active status off at the desktop browser, then it turned off the active status to off status in iPhone even though active status is turned on in iPhone messenger.

I don't know exactly where the issue is if it is from Facebook or Apple. But If I need to see the active status on iPhone Messenger, then I need to turn on the active status in the desktop Chrome browser, then only it displays the active status to the iPhone Messenger.

you mean you weren't able to use the "reporting a problem with facebook" "report a problem" link?
