Random album artwork being put on my phone's music

Random album artwork keeps being put on my music. I bought two cds, physical cds, and after importing them to my iTunes library, I added the appropriate album artwork. Then, when I put the music on my phone (6s), it changed the artwork of both albums to two random albums by a completely different artist. The album artwork in my iTunes library is correct. When I click on my phone in iTunes and go to "get info" and look at the album artwork, it is correct. It's only on my phone that it's wrong. Specifically, the albums are Red (Taylor's Version) and Fearless (Taylor's Version). The incorrect album artwork is for The Saturdays' album On Your Radar, and the cover art for their single What Are You Waiting For. It's ridiculous.

No matter how many times I delete the albums from my phone and re add them, the artwork doesn't correct itself. No matter how many times I delete the album artwork and add the artwork again, it doesn't show up correctly on my phone. Doing it multiple times did nothing. Restarting my phone did nothing. I'm getting very frustrated. It's incredibly irritating. In twenty years, I've never had an issue like this.

I am running a older ios (12.4) (oof, I know), but I really don't think that would be the issue. I've purchased and imported many albums, and added album artwork, without updating my phone and this has never happened before.
