The LL is usually US and Canada, and some replacement devices.

The only dual SIM iPhone 14 Pro is A2892, and that was sold in China mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.

There are no US iPhone 14 Pro models with dual SIM.

I’d also determine if the Google Play Store was pre-installed on this phone, too.

A2650 is an iPhone 14 Pro model sold in US and PR, and should have no SIM slot.

It does have two lines and multiple eSIM slots.

If you have A2650, you should have no physical SIM slot (4, shown below in red highlight):

Go to Settings > General > About > Model and tap the model number to reveal a number starting with A. Like A2236.

If your iPhone is this model number:  A2892, it was manufactured for China mainland, Hong Kong or Macao

A dual nanoSIM device indicates that it was produced for the Chinese market.

I’d not expect Apple to add SIM slots (working or otherwise) to A2650 during a display repair, or to provide that as a replacement.

No. Replacing the screen would not magically create a physical SIM slot in an iPhone.
