Cellular data options are missing for eSIM

I have updated from 13pro to 15 plus. I have scanned the QR code for my old esim and i have internet but...

Cellular data options are missing

I can't select 4 / 5g

No icon is showing when using mobile data. There is no indicator. There is no menu to see which app is using data.

In settings search Cellular data options is there but clicking on it opens Celluar menu where only thing i see is the primary SIM.

IOS version is latest and the carrier version is latest.

This menu is missing.
