The Add fingerprint + selection does not appear on my Touch ID & Password setting

I have my Mac Pro set up with a fingerprint ID. But, I am not able to add an additional fingerprint(s) as there is not icon or selection showing Add fingerprint +. I have rebooted, and checked and the OS is current (Ventura 13.4.1) is current, and a search did not find a means to resolve this issue. Advice is appreciated.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.4

I wasn’t aware the Mac Pro could use TouchID.

What does appear in the Touch ID System Settings? You can only set up three fingerprints. If you have three, you would need to remove one.

If it uses an Apple Wireless Keyboard with TouchID, go to Bluetooth Settings and remove the keyboard, then plu in the cable and add it back.

Yes, I became aware that it will now only accept up to three fingerprints. Thanks for the infomation
